Popsicle Recipes - Summer Survival Recipes

The magic of Summer would not be complete without popsicles...We have found 6 easy to make and delicious to eat popsicle recipes.

Old Fashioned Popsicles

1 package fruit flavored Jell-o
1 package kool-aid
2/3 cup hot water
2 cups cold water
1 cup sugar

Mix together Jello, Kool-Aid, sugar and hot water in a blender until dissolved. Then add cold water. Pour into molds and freeze.


Rocky Road Frozen Pops

1 package of chocolate pudding
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup chopped Almond

Make pudding according to the package. Add marshmallows and nuts. Mix well, pour into molds and freeze.


Fizzy Berry Pops

1-12 oz. can fruit nectar (strawberry taste best)
1-12 oz. can Sprite or strawberry soda
1 cup crushed or shaved ice

Mix well and pour into molds and freeze.


Creamy Fruit Pops

1-6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, softened
1-6 oz. can water
1 pint vanilla ice cream or vanilla yogurt

Mix well in a blender. Pour into molds, insert sticks, and freeze.



Frosty Peaches and Cream Popsicles

1 (6 oz) can peaches in light syrup
1 cup heavy cream
2 tsps sugar
Popsicle sticks and cups

Whip cream in a blender for 3about 30 seconds. Add peaches and sugar. Blend until smooth and pour into molds, insert sticks and freeze.


Limber de Coco

1/2 can evaporated milk
1/2 can coconut milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Cinammon to taste
1/2 cup of shredded coconut

Mix evaporated milk, coconut milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in the blender on low until well blended bowl. Add additional sugar and cinnamon to taste. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
