My little girl loved helping with this one. It can get messy with
kids helping but it is so much fun. Remember to keep hands of
little ones washed after handling raw meat.

Meatball Ingredients:
2 pound of ground beef or turkey
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 eggs
1 cup grated Romano and parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups seasoned bread crumbs ( Italian bread can be staled and
crumbled)
1 cup of milk

will also need your favorite prepared spaghetti sauce
Use a large bowl. Add all meatball ingredients in a large bowl and
work together with your hands. Blend well. You can make small or
large meatballs. Roll a small amount of meat in your palm until it
forms a ball.
Coat a large skillet with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Place
meatballs gently in pan. Brown meatballs for 10-15 minutes. Turn
continually so all edges are brown.
Place your favorite prepared spaghetti sauce in a larger pot. Add
browned meatballs. Bring to a bubble and simmer for 15 minutes.
Check meatballs temperature or center to make sure they are cooked
through.
Sauce with meatballs is now ready to go over your cooked pasta.
Serve with warm bread and Caesar salad.
